Ok i am not totaly sure this is a bug per se, but let me describe it

We all know what sculptie stuff looks like when not rendered or LOD is low

So i set up for a shot almost everything cranked out to ultra settings, and sometimes there will be a tree or trees, a fence, bench something like that that is just a 'blob' - and is withing the the draw distance. To fix it have to zoom in on it then it renders and is fine.

Problem is, often I have the shot set up, all composed etc.. then I notice something not rendered and have to move the cam to get it rendered. a little PIA, but not a BIG issue. Now, in FS, there was a right click, refresh texture (even though this issue of sculptied not rendering doesnt pop up in there) but in this viewer, just a refresh avatar texture, which i don't think does the same thing. But it would be nice to have a refresh texture in general

this image is a sample of what i am describing. The front porch railing and bench didn't render in the scene ( i missed it and had to clone it out for the final)

Several ways to "fix" this:

1. Right Click
2. Zoom In on it
3. Turn object details to minimum and then back up to maximum
4. disable Dynamic Level of Detail, in combination with 3.
5. Clear cache, forcing all textures to reload from scratch to hopefully prevent sculpts not rezzing fully or completely failing

but the best is probably just doing it like i always do, Dynamic LoD off, Object Detail to at least High and then you should be fine. Everthing up to 256-768m should render at maximum LoD, if anything fails to load here, either right click or relog (and/or clear cache) if it doesnt fix it
