This is starting to happen more and more for some reason

Ok, but i have isolated it, or at least know when it crashed, although not sure what is happening. when I tp to the sim where my studio is located, it crashes every single time. and only this one particular sim. FS viewer is fine. No idea though why only this viewer is having an issue with that sim

I thought this issue may have cleared after doing a 100% fresh install of BD. But same thing. here is the log on crash
