Hello! Recently I downloaded Niran's Viewer for the first time and it worked perfect. Here is my first result of it's perfection in a raw shot: http://gyazo.com/d781872215e171cc2fbd0ed5b65df5ec

A couple of days later I am in need of photos being done again however shadows no longer will work for me. Here is a step by stem screen shot of the process I go through.

Side Settings Prior to Logging in: http://gyazo.com/d0ac40144dd93edd998ca673000c5c23
Note: I'm lagging quite a bit at the start up screen when the first day I installed, I was not.

And here is the result today with the same set up with the same graphics and lighting:

Here are my settings I have currently:

Misc: http://gyazo.com/794a902245a614cdc4ad7dcbef344672

What I have done so far:
1: I have restarted.
2: I have cleared cache and restarted again.
3: I have reinstalled.
4: I have disabled Antialiasing and relogged renabling it again once I log back on.
5: I have attempted a hammer. Hammer is not recommended in these circumstances.

Any help that can be given is greatly appreciated. If you need to know what kind of graphics card I use, I'm not sure how to check that so any provided helpful directions can help me get that for you.

PART 2: Skin Texture Quality.
The quality is pixelated. I've seen this before and it's only a matter of removing a clothing layer causing it. However, in this case after removing everything, I still see the pixelation.

Pixeled in Niran's: http://gyazo.com/4077489701d914d0300e412878025f8e
Non-Pixeled in Firestorm: http://gyazo.com/b722be5848d5b1676c98af08b5b6afbf

Thank you for any help!

the loading Viewer snapshot clearly says that you are using a Video Card that is not recognized, that can and will result in problems, as example it doesnt know which level your Video Card is, is it a powerfull one? a weak one? because it doesnt know, it cannot allow options like Deferred Rendering for you to work with, they are disabled until it knows what kind of Video Card you are using.

I have 2 guesses what is going on, you are either using a card that is really not recognized, because you changed it or did something else that might trigger this...

OR

You accidentally deleted the gpu_table.txt, if thats the case, reinstall the Viewer and make sure the gpu_table.txt is in your Viewer Installation folder.

btw: you can see which card you are using in Firestorm -> Help -> About Firestorm Viewer, everything is listed there.

Thanks for responding! As far as video card changes. I have not made any changes or installed anything new since 2 years ago. It has stayed the same in that sense. The only two things I could think of is when I deleted Niran's viewer to reinstall, I deleted the entire Niran's viewer folder in order to do that. Or it could be like this because I crashed when it was loading. Directly right after that crash is when it was saying there was a graphic card error.

Here is my info:
