To elaborate, clicking in mouse look still seems to want to try to touch what is in front of you, and holding the mouse button while in mouse look removes the ability to turn the camera. this causes issues while using weapons that need the fire button held down while you aim. While the mouse button is held, you get a hand icon cursor and are unable to mouse look.
